Each piece is entirely handmade by our artists — not machine-produced or 3D-printed. While we take great care to achieve a strong likeness, please keep the following in mind before ordering:

Reference photo

We work from a single main reference photo for a specific angle; this cannot be changed once work has begun.

Material texture

Wool has a naturally different texture from real fur — glossy or sleek coats cannot be fully replicated due to material limitations.

Color accuracy

Our goal is for hair and eye photos to reflect exactly, but color accuracy may vary depending on how the color appears on different screens and devices.

Size & detail

Smaller items (e.g., mini portraits or mini figurines) will naturally carry fewer fine details due to their size.

Revisions

We welcome feedback and will do our best to accommodate adjustments within the scope of our materials and techniques.
